Mr. Leach was appointed President of Delta Title Corporation in 2003. Delta Title, a multi-branch settlement services company founded in 1963 that provides real estate title and escrow services to the residential and commercial markets in Louisiana and Mississippi, is an authorized agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and First American Title Insurance Company.
As President and an Attorney, Mr. Leach oversees the firm's staff of examining and closing attorneys and Notaries Public. Mr. Leach has also developed an expertise in the REO area of real estate closings and is a requested speaker on foreclosure topics at national events.

Wallace H. Paletou
Delta Title Corporation Senior Vice President & Senior Attorney
Mr. Paletou is the Senior Vice President and Senior Attorney with Delta Title Corporation, and is a member of the Company's Management Team. With over 43 years of real estate law, successions and will, Mr. Paletou mentors the examining and closing Attorneys and Notaries Public and is responsible for ensuring that they have a thorough understanding of the intricacies of real estate law and comply with the highest ethical standards. Mr. Paletou also supervises curative efforts required to successfully complete closings.
Prior to the 2001 merger of operations between Advocate Title Corporation and Delta Title, Mr. Paletou was the owner and founder of Advocate Title, a successful and well-respected title agency located in Metairie, Louisiana, that handled residential and commercial real estate transactions. Advocate Title began operations in 1978.
Raymond J. Adams, JR

Prior to joining Delta Title Corporation in 2007, Mr. Adams developed his expertise in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges as a Business Development/Account Executive with Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc., and was an associate with The Levin Law Offices.
A detailed residential title examiner, Mr. Adams has become proficient in curing the oft-complicated title defects common in REO sales. Mr. Adams also examines abstracts of title for the Company's commercial clients
Carolyn Lalla Bailey
Delta Title Corporation Metarie Office
A real estate closing attorney with over six years of experience, Ms. Bailey joined Delta Title Corporation in 2009 where she examines title, cures title defects, and conducts closings for the Company's residential, commercial and REO transactions.
Ms. Bailey, an experienced and often-requested lecturer on real estate property issues, is authorized by the National Association of REALTORS™ to teach the required “Quadrennial Ethics” coursework. She is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to teach both Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education courses. More importantly, Ms. Bailey is one of the fewer than 100 statewide instructors instructors authorized to teach the LREC's mandatory course.
William C. Wells, V
Delta Title Corporation Metarie Office
Mr. Wells, who is based at the Company's corporate office in Metairie, Louisiana, oversees abstracting, examines and clears title, and conducts real estate closings for Delta Title's residential and commercial clients.
As the Company's senior commercial examining attorney, Mr. Wells frequently consults with out-of-state counsel to ensure that these large, complex closings conform to Louisiana law. Delta Title regularly handles commercial sale, lease, and refinance transactions in all 64 Louisiana parishes, including strip shopping centers, hospitals and hotels, chemical plants, and free-standing buildings.
Amy Ortis Martinez
Delta Title Corporation Baton Rouge Office
Amy Ortis Martinez joined Delta Title Corporation in 2010. With extensive experience in all aspects of residential, commercial and REO transactions, Ms. Martinez assumed primary responsibility for title examinations and real estate closings for the firm's Baton Rouge area production center, as well as all curative matters.
A real estate closing attorney since 1999, Ms. Martinez came to Delta Title from Baton Rouge Title Company, Inc. where she served as the Coursey Branch Attorney and Office Manager, and was the founder and owner/managing member of Jefferson Title Services, L.L.C. from 1999 – 2002.
Sidney J. Abdalla, Jr.
Delta Title Corporation Slidell Office
Mr. Abdalla joined Delta Title Corporation in 1987 and supervises residential and commercial title abstracting and examinations, curative work, and closings for the Company's Northshore (St. Tammany, Tangipahoa and Washington parishes) operations.
An experienced lecturer on real estate property matters, Mr. Abdalla is authorized by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to teach coursework for continuing education credit to REALTORS™ and from 1992 – 1999 taught the Notary Public Course at Delgado Community College–Slidell Campus.
