Walter Gray also currently serves as executive vice-president and a director of Gray & Company, Inc., the parent company of Delta Title Corporation.

A graduate of Loyola University of the South, he has worked in the insurance industry since 1975. He has been a member of the board of Delta Title since 1996.

Howard Leach is an attorney with extensive experience in insurance defense law. He began his career as a claims adjuster with The Gray Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Gray & Company, Inc.

He has maintained a private law practice since 1985 and has represented both Delta Title and The Gray Insurance Company in all aspects of defense law, including civil and maritime litigation, federal and state workers' compensation, personal injury, property and casualty and product liability litigation in federal and state courts. He earned bachelor's and law degrees from Tulane University.

Wallace graduated from Tulane Law School in 1966. Since then, he has specialized in Real Estate Law, Successions and Wills. He is a member of the American and the Louisiana State Bar Associations; in the past, he has served for several years as Chairman of the Title Examination Committee of the New Orleans Bar Association.

Mr. Pavon joined Delta Title Corporation in 2003 as Director of Human Resources, responsible for the oversight of all employee relations, and is a member of the management team that guided Delta Title through the impact of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005 and Ike and Gustav in 2008.

Named Director of Marketing in 2007, Mr. Pavon directs the efforts of seven professionals encompassing the New Orleans metropolitan area (Metairie and New Orleans Westbank offices), the Northshore (Slidell, Mandeville and Hammond), and Baton Rouge and the River Parishes.

Responsible for Commercial Services since 2005, Ms. Venable works closely with the the firm's commercial clients, attorneys and underwriters to ensure that these complex transactions are handled confidentially and smoothly.  Since 2005 alone, Delta Title has processed commercial files valued from $50,000 to $25,000,000 and ranging from free standing buildings to large industrial sites.

With a background in administration and organization, Ms. Venable joined Delta Title in 2003 and has worked on updating and codifying the Company's procedures while managing the firm's closing software documentation.  She has been a member of the the Delta Title Management Team since 2004, and participated in the development of a company marketing plan that, in conjunction with a reduction in expenses, has seen both file volume and revenue increase during a difficult time for our industry.
