On January 1, 2010, the Department of Housing and Urban Development implemented sweeping changes to the regulations governing the Mortgage Lending and Settlement Services industries. Delta Title understands the new regulations and RESPA guidelines, and we are ready to work with you and your clients to ensure a smooth closing. Our attorneys developed the acclaimed seminar "RESPA, The 2010 HUD and The New GFE" to educate the mortgage and REALTOR™ segments of our industry on these new regulations, and our staff has been thoroughly trained.
